There’s a couple of important points to make before we start out. I have already emphasised that I cannot give you anything. That doesn’t mean that you won’t get anything, but you will get it through your own insights, not from me. I may be able to give you some clues as to where, and how, to look.
Also, it is important that you have your life straight before starting out on any such investigation. It is commonplace for persons with unresolved problems to cast around desperately for ‘out-of-band’ solutions in the magical, the mystical or the psychic domains, or through altered ‘consciousness’ achieved in various ways. This is quite understandable, but it won’t work — at least, it won’t work to help you get free. If you have ongoing issues of where to live, how to pay to live or some other troubling circumstance it is all likely to be exacerbated by this sort of interest. Best to get ordinary straightforward day-to-day life into a manageable state by ordinary methods before trying anything challenging.
This does not mean some arbitrary perfection. It just means having your basic needs sorted to your own satisfaction1.
